I first contacted Pat in the spring of 2008. I was planning a trip to PV with my oldest and dearest friend, Catherine. We wanted something more initmate than a hotel room....a home for our time together. That being said, I thought a condo would be the answer. I found Tango Rentals and sent an email inquiring about a condo in Vista del Sol.

 

Within an hour I had a detailed response from Pat, telling me about the unit, payment details and offering additional information. I felt immediately at ease conducting business with Tango. I trusted Pat and I was correct to do so!

 

Catherine and I arrived in PV and everything was perfect. The condo, the description...the service from Agustin and Pat. A wonderful experience.

 

Since then, I have rented condos through Tango Rentals on all trips to Puerto Vallarta. These have included renting condos at:

- Vista del Sol in 2008

- Loma Del Mar in 2009

- Santa Barbara in 2010

- Selva Romantica in 2011

- Punta Diamonte in 2012

- Llave del Corozon in 2013

- Getting ready to call for 2014

 

Pat and Agustin have been the best hosts in every way. They have arranged transportation to/from the airport and welcomes upon arrival. I have been a difficult tenant/guest at times. I have lost my keys more than once. One call to Pat and all has been arranged to ensure my comfort and safety. In these situations I felt desperate but Pat was right there...to work everything out on my behalf. My thanks to Pat for this!

 

In short, I will always arrange my accommodations in Puerto Vallarta through Tango Rentals....Pat and Agustin. Pat said something very special to me in an email exchange when I was renting with them in February of 2013. She said, 'Philip, you are not only our client...you are our friend'. They do make me feel that I am a friend and not just a client.

 

Well, they continue to treat me as a friend more than a client. I feel the same toward both Pat and Agustin. In addition to outstanding service, I feel as though I have friends close by when I am in Puerto Vallarta. I feel safe!!
