Los Encantos’ has approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of living area including the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, an open shower bath and a jacuzzi tub from where one can spy boats crossing the bay and, on occasion, whales that frequent the bay during the winter season. All this, in total privacy! A balcony with two lounge chairs and an inside sitting area are also part of the master bedroom suite.

The first guest bedroom also features a king size bed and bathroom with double sinks and a large open shower area. Bay views can be had from both the bedroom area and the open shower. The third bedroom is adjoining the tv/library room and has two single beds that can be converted into a king size bed and an adjoing bathroom with an open shower. This bedroom has a large window that opens to the villa’s garden area. In the tv room you will find a 42” flat screen tv which is connected to the Sky Satellite programing service.

At the entrance, guests will find a large half covered terrace with several sitting and lounging areas. In addition, there is a table on the terrace which is especially suited for breakfasts and evening cocktails from where the unparalled Vallarta sunsets can be admired. The terrace area is also home to the villa’s pool that can be heated during winter season.

Stepping out of the villa’s terrace you will find yourself in a private garden that features a wall fountain and another sitting/reading/napping area with tunnel view of the ocean trough the luxuriant Vallarta foilage.

The main floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room that seats eight and living room area. In addition, there is a half bath so that guest need not access the upper bedroom floor.
